Vitamin B3/niacin
Vitamin B3, also known as niacin, is a human nutrient essential in helping with organ function and DNA repair and can be found in foods such as turkey, peanuts, mushrooms, and avocados. When applied topically, niacin protects skin and lessens redness and dark spots. Because of these properties, we use vitamin B3 in our dry skin, repairing, and sun creams.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C is a nutrient that acts as an antioxidant in the body by protecting cells from damaging free radicals. It helps the body make collagen and absorb iron, as well as improving immune system function. It can fix sun damaged skin, smoothes and tightens skin, and acts as an anti-ager. Because vitamin C can be found in citruses, we use organic lemon extract in a number of our products to improve their quality and effectiveness.
Vitamin K- also has VITAMIN K1 AND ORGANIC SAFFLOWER OIL
Vitamin K plays a central role in blood clotting, preventing heart disease, and bone building. Because it is known to lighten under-eye circles, this vitamin is essential in our eye cream.
Vitamin E
Vitamin E helps protect cells from damage and acts as an antioxidant in the body. We use vitamin E in nearly all of our products, as it lessens redness, neutralizes damaging free radicals, and works as a sunburn treatment. It’s pretty much the miracle vitamin.
Vitamin D
Vitamin D is sometimes referred to as the "sunshine vitamin" : while it is found in very few foods, your skin produces it when it comes in contact with sunlight. Vitamin D deficiency causes an abundance of health issues, some of which include the body's inability to absorb and use calcium, cognitive impairment, and severe asthma. Vitamin D, when applied on the skin, helps repair molecules and lock in moisture.
